2 THE CONSERVATIVES: MAKING CANADA SHITTIER EVERY DAY Statscan, which is kinda important, is struggling with cutbacks; Finance Minister Jim Flaherty, who has a great pension, is still committed to cutting Old Age Security for people younger than him; would-be Katimavikians are left holding the bag; the board that runs unemployment*, oops sorry, Employment Insurance can’t do its job properly; and of course there’s the ever-popular, ongoing F-35 soap opera.
3 SPEAKING OF AUSTERITY… Apparently the Conservatives have a “do without as we say, no as we, um, don’t” policy. Right, Bev Oda?
