Tokyo Police Club

There’s a pretty solid double bill of Canadian indie rock going down at the University of Regina’s Riddell Centre on Saturday Nov. 8.

Headlining is the Toronto-based band Tokyo Police Club. TPC has been around since 2005, and has four albums to their credit — the last being Forcefield which was released in March.

Sharing the bill is the Vancouver band Said the Whale. STW first breached the Canadian music scene in 2007, and like TPC have four albums to their credit — the last being Hawaii in 2013.

Doors for Saturday’s show are at 7 p.m. and tickets are $28.50. To give you a taste of what to expect here’s the video for Said the Whale’s 2013 hit “I Love You”:
