The Top Top-Tracks List

While list fans wait with bated breath for the Village Voice Pazz and Jop poll results, they should check out Dan MacRae’s fabulous Top 60 Tracks of 2010, done in six easy installments:

60 – 51
50 – 41
40 – 31
30 – 21
20 – 11
10 – 1

Rah Rah, DJ Pauly D, Girls, Pitbull – MacRae, the man behind the Pass the Hat comedy shows as well as the weekly CJTR show the Capital, collected everyone who mattered. He’s an insanely knowledgeable man and great writer whose made an essential list. I’m CC’ing the Library of Congress on this one for reference.

  1. This is the perfect marriage of two most awesome things: the Prairie Dog and Dan MacRae!

  2. It’s at this point I should note that Sugar Ray’s “Music For Cougars” was released in 2009 and was ineligible for consideration.
