The Ghost Trio

Tonight and Sunday the Regina Symphony Orchestra is presenting the next installment in its Government House concert series. A quintet for piano and winds by Mozart is on the program, but the feature work is The Ghost Trio by Beethoven. Published in 1809, the composition, which was done for piano, violin and cello, riffs on themes from the second movement of Beethoven’s Symphony No. 2 (1801-02).

The concert will be held at Government House at 8 p.m., with a second performance on Sunday at 1:30 p.m. For ticket information call 1-866-973-9614.
