The Dead South

If you happened to read our Best of Regina issue in November you’ll know that this local bluegrass/folk/country band captured two honours: Best Band and Best Album.

Prior to the Dead South releasing their BOR-winning album Good Company last spring I did a blog interview with cello player Danny Kenyon that you can read here.

Tonight at the Exchange the Dead South are playing a show with In With The Cold and Colter Wall. Doors are at 8 p.m., with the music starting at 9 p.m. Tickets are $12 advance and $15 door. To give you a sense of what to expect here’s the band performing “In Hell I’ll Be In Good Company” off their last album:

  1. I hate to be a stickler on details but the opener is called In With The Old. Check them out. There is a reason that The Dead South asked them to open.
