As far as I know, you need a bank account to receive direct deposit. So is this a huge giveaway to big banks in Canada, a whole new source f revenue as social assistance recipients now flock to our loving banks to pay $10 a month in service fees for the security in knowing that thru the science of fractional banking, their money is earning the banks billions while their take shrinks by the month?
