Pick of the Day: The Moody Blues

Founded in 1964, this English rock band has long distinguished itself from its contemporairies through its fusion of rock and classical music as exemplified in their 1967 masterpiece Days of Future Passed.

Tonight they’re in town to play¬†Conexus Arts Centre at 7:30 p.m. (Tickets are $65-$85.) To give you a taste, here’s video from 2000 of the band performing at Royal Albert Hall in London.

  1. A wonderful concert! The crowd loved it. I don’t think anyone walked away unhappy. Overall, the Moody’s have stood the test of time. Classic.
