Pick of the Day: Inni

If you’re a fan of the Icelandic band Sigur Ros, or progressive art-rock in general, you’ll want to check out this film that screens tonight at 7 p.m. and Sunday at 9 p.m. at the RPL┬áTheatre. It’s a documentary on a concert given by the band at Alexandra Palace in London in 2008.

Here’s the trailer.

Author: Gregory Beatty

Greg Beatty is a crime-fighting shapeshifter who hatched from a mutagenic egg many decades ago. He likes sunny days, puppies and antique shoes. His favourite colour is not visible to your inferior human eyes. He refuses to write a bio for this website and if that means Whitworth writes one for him, so be it.

Here’s a link to the trailer for the movie Jeannie mentioned: It’s directed by Lech Majewski, stars Michael York, Charlotte Rampling and Rutger Hauer, and is inspired by the back story to Bruegel’s 1564 painting The Way to Calvary. It runs tonight at 9 p.m. and Sunday at 7 p.m. at the RPL Theatre.
