New Poll: Socialism!

Put it up yesterday! Topic: “Should the NDP remove the word “socialist” from its constitution?” As always, polls are on the right side of the page, scroll down a bit. Vote! It’s fun!

  1. Because clearly, the lesson the NDP should have learned from this most recent election is that Canadians want them to be MORE like the Conservatives and the Liberals. Right? The best democracy will be when all of our options are blandly similar, each one promising only to rock the boat even less than the other parties.

  2. Remove it and put in some version “working families” or some other soft buzz word. Politics is about the art of misdirection and illusion, not about telling the truth! *GASP* No! You can’t say what you actually ARE! Would the Conservatives had gotten so many votes if they came out and said that their agenda is to keep the flow of money flowing ever upward, ever faster, destroying the middle class and having all us serfs lick their boots and beg them to give us $5.50 for an hour of work? NEVER! If it’s one thing that those Cons are good at, it’s keeping their true identities a secret. And that’s what wins elections!
