Hailing from Winnipeg, Naysa is a five-piece pop band with what they describe as gloomy undertones. The band was founded and is fronted by Reverend Davey Todd III, and includes Grant Danyluk, Graham Duval, Sean Leslie and Hayley Smith.

Naysa has a couple of EPs to their credit (Songs We Recorded In Our Basement  and Troubled Heart) and tonight they’re in town to play a show at Creative City Centre (located at 1843 Hamilton St). Doors are at 7:30 p.m., tickets are $10, and the back-up act is JP Hoe. If you miss Naysa tonight, they’ll be back in town on Friday, May 9 for a show at O’Hanlon’s Pub.
