Here’s a couple of photos from last night’s LFL game at Brandt Centre. According to a press release issued by the league, the Regina Rage came from behind to defeat the Toronto Triumph 40-32 in front of a “charged up crowd”.  No attendance figures were given, but the release does quote Brandt Centre’s Director of Events and Entertainment Brenda McIntosh as saying “I have not seen that kind of energy in this building for years”.

The top photo shows hometown star Kylie Rossler breaking free from Toronto Triumph tacklers, perhaps on her way to scoring one of the two touchdowns she notched on the night. The second photo depicts a meet and greet that was held afterwards with players and fans which the LFL publicity guy described as “Beatles-like” in its intensity.
