Harvest King Records Xmas Bash

Like Boxing Day Bashes and Band Swap, this post Xmas bash has morphed into a bit of a holiday tradition in Regina. It’s a combination potluck/concert presented by the local label Harvest King Records.

The 2015 version goes at the Exchange on Monday Dec. 28 with the potluck at 6 p.m., and the show at 7 p.m. Tickets are $10 advance, and $20 door, although you’ll get a discount on that with a contribution to the Regina Food Bank and/or Carmichael Outreach.

On the Exchange side, the line-up features the Extroverts, Kleins96, the Bolans, Delta Throats and Orphan Mothers. On the SCES Club side, the groups performing are Invasion, Jackie Brown and Stepping Stone. In addition, Wormwood and Festering will face off in what’s billed as a “battle set”.

To give you a taste of what to expect, here’s Orphan Mothers performing their song “Towers”
