We’re a little late out of the starting blocks with this story, as the Leader-Post, CBC, and probably numerous other media outlets in Saskatchewan have already reported on it, but apparently a giant three-story icicle has formed outside an apartment building in Saskatoon. And it’s got local residents plenty worried.
