Going by recent history, long, difficult winters are often followed by turbulent, temperamental springs and summers, mellowed only by warms falls, once nature remembers how to act. The city was heroic to sandbag the creek, but now jesus christ, get that sand off the street. What, 4 of 5 days last week was horrible dirty sandstorm in downtown Regina. Spring + Regina = Crazy Winds. Clean the damn streets!!!
