Worst of Regina

As anyone who’s ever baked cakes, cookies or other confections knows, you can’t have sweet without a bit of salt. Maybe that’s why The Worst of Regina was such a hit last year—it’s the salt in the doughnut that makes everything else better. It’s NOT about mean-spirited harping on the negative, that’s for sure (I hear there’s a local social media account that has that covered).

The truth is, Regina, like every city, has problems. Part of dealing with problems is acknowledging them. The now-annual Worst of Regina does that, we think, and in kind of a fun way — there’s a bit of a friendly wink going with the wince.

Let’s add, there’s MOSTLY a friendly wink. Some of the nonsense below has long stopped being tolerable. If only we had a new mayor and fresh look city council. Oh, wait!
