Boisterous Protesters Rock The Mall

Protest (stop harper now)Apparently they don’t like Stephen Harper or his government. Given how demonstrably terrible the Harper government’s been, I don’t understand why there aren’t more people protesting.

I thought we all understood that commodity prices are set globally now, thanks to our booming, popular neo-liberal global economy, and/or only reduced thru massive volume buys a la Walmart in which savings are sometimes actually passed on to the consumer, probably at the expense of the producer, definitely not at the expense of the point-of-seller. No good? Thing is, if we all demanded local-pricing on things we’re abundant in, we’d all cry Communism! and it probably would hurt the producer in our current set-up
