I’m on the pro tax credit side of this debate, but I wish this chart had been made using facts. There’s roughly 10 or so states that do no have a film tax credit or similar rebate program.
Leave the misinformation to Brad Wall.
A corrected version of the map is now circulating.
Please name the states.
From Facebook (grain of salt):
IOWA
ARIZONA
DELAWARE
NEVADA
NEBRASKA
NEW HAMPSHIRE
NORTH DAKOTA
SOUTH DAKOTA
VERMONT
I agree with Anon #1. It’s roughly 40 States that offer tax incentives for movies/film industry. Found more than one article that relates to that including some states who are currently running big deficits/debts are cutting back on tax incentives. Perhaps Brad Wall is onto something here.
