Queen City Confidential  by Anonymous

Egad. For the much-touted legislature unveiling to really offer only a “peepshow” of the re-covered dome, there has to be some kind of disconnect in the halls of provincial Sask. Party power! For the public to be presented a $21 million refit of an undeniably important building and then have it come off less than half-cocked is just an affront to those people who were prepared to admire and love the new dome. NO kudos here … the event planners are not to be “lauded” (to use a word that exists ONLY in journalism). We Reginans better hope this highly savvy group of publicists has nothing to do with the new Mosaic Stadium unveiling. They’d cover up 90 per cent of the stadium and only show us part of a roof! Oh wait.
