Holly FayThis exhibition by Regina artist Holly Fay opened at the Dunlop’s Sherwood Village Gallery on June 13. An artist talk and reception are scheduled Saturday June 27 at 1 p.m.

According to advance publicity from the Dunlop the show consists of drawings and paintings by Fay that explore our existence from a micro and macro perspective. The drawings and paintings reinforce the interconnected nature of various natural systems that operate from a sub-atomic to an intergalactic level.

By presenting her images (like the one pictured) without much in the way of background information to establish scale, mass and other physical characteristics Fay invites us to consider parallels that exist between our micro and macro realities.

Floating Worlds will be on display at Sherwood Village Gallery until Aug. 26.
