Now that the orgy of holiday partying is over for another year, probably the last thing on a lot of people’s minds is getting blasted and rocking out. Or maybe not, I don’t know.

Regardless, if you’re looking to kick 2015 off in style you could do a lot worse than to attend this concert on Jan. 3 by the legendary Zakk Wylde and his L.A.-based heavy metal band Black Label Society. The band’s been around since 1999, and has nine albums to their credit — the most recent being Catacombs of the Black VaticanĀ which was released in 2014.

The concert goes at Conexus Arts Centre Convention Hall on Saturday. Sharing the bill are Hatebreed and Butcher Babies.
