Hailing from Cape Breton Island, this family band has been around since 1980. They took their name from the small Scottish island of Barra in Outer Hebrides which is apparently the ancestral home of the Clan MacNeil.

With roots like that, it’s no surprise that the Barra MacNeils stock-in-trade is Celtic music. Tonight, the six siblings who make up the band are in town to play a show at Casino Regina.
