Steve Patterson has been working as a stand-up comic since 1996. He’d dabbled with stand-up as a kid in university, but it wasn’t until he’d worked two years as an advertising copywriter that he decided to switch to comedy full-time. He’s probably best-known these days as the host of CBC Radio’s The Debaters. He’s held that gig since 2007, and tomorrow night he’s in town to do a show at the University of Regina Theatre.
The title alludes to his CBC radio show, but it’s not a travelling version of the show as Patterson will be doing stand-up. Start time is 7:30 p.m., and tickets are $40.
