Sponsored by the Dunlop Art Gallery, this performance is the brainchild of Calgary artist Wednesday Lupypciw and is being held as part of Queen City Pride celebrations.

On Saturday June 14, the Pride Parade is on around noon in downtown Regina. Then later in the day the performance will be held in Victoria Park.

Conceived as an experimental noise project and living sculpture, it will involve the participation of a number of women who will drum and chant under Lupyciw’s direction as a means of expressing solidarity between the queer and feminist communities in Regina.
