As I’ve noted before, the Regina Symphony Orchestra occasionally partners with musicians outside of the classical realm as part of its Shumiatcher Pops Series. Jason Plumb, Meaghan Smith and Jeffery Straker are three artists I can think of in the past few years who have performed with the RSO.
Tonight, Saskatchewan-based Metis actress, playwright and singer-songwriter Andrea Menard will be joining the RSO and guest conductor Charles Cozens to perform a selection of Big Band tunes.
