At 7:30 p.m. tonight at Knox Metropolitan Church the Baroque period ensemble Per Sonatori will join forces with the Halcyon Chamber Choir under the direction of Hart Godden to present this concert which is billed as a Baroque Christmas celebration.
One of the works on the program will presumably be Scottish poet James Montgomery’s 1816 hymn “Angels From the Realms of Glory”. Also performing will be guest soloists Kerri Cornish-Morton (soprano), Leora Joy Godden (alto), Floyd Gadd (tenor) and Dominic Gregorio (baritone).
