That’s the full title of this exhibition by Osler, SK sculptor Clint Neufeld (pictured) that opens at the Sherwood Village Branch of the Dunlop Art Gallery with an artist talk and reception today at noon.
Possessing a BFA from the University of Saskatchewan (2002) and a MFA from Concordia University in Montreal (2006), Neufeld focuses here on select objects and images that have helped shape his identity both as an artist and a man.
The exhibition consists of five lightboxes made from backlit vinyl cutouts of the items listed in the exhibition title. In addition to the opening reception there will be a workshop at the gallery on Nov. 2 from 1:30-3:30 p.m. led by Neufeld on the Art of the Car. The workshop is open to anyone nine years and older, and further details can be obtained by calling 306-777-6040. The exhibition runs until Jan.12.
