If you’ve perused our Aug. 22-Sept. 4 issue you’ve perhaps read the interview that Carl “the Truth” Johnson did with a member of this Victoria garage-rock trio who are in the midst of a marathon North American tour that, at one point, will see them play 11 gigs in 11 nights. Even for youngish dudes like these guys, that kind of schedule’s got to take its toll. So I’m sure they’d appreciate (and be energized by) a decent turnout for their show Tuesday night at the SCES Club (8 p.m., $5.)

Joining them on the bill will be two stonerish, groove, drone bands from Regina: Electric Mother and Pulsewidth. And to give you a sense of what Babysitter are like here’s video of the band doing a few tunes in studio at a Montreal radio station in late July:
