Usually when bikes get locked up in downtown Regina and for whatever reason are subsequently abandoned they end up like the one pictured after the jump.
The above bike, though, has been locked up like this for a good six weeks in the downtown area with no one laying a finger on it — outside of the missing seat, which the owner probably took with them when they locked up the bike initially. It’ll have to be moved soon as last I heard demolition is scheduled to begin this month on that stretch of 18 block Hamilton to make way for the companion tower to the FCC building.
