According to a press release we received today the city clerk’s report into the validity of the petition submitted last month demanding that a referendum be held on the city’s proposal to use a P3 model to fund a new wastewater treatment plant will be released at City Hall Friday at 1 p.m. Doing the honours will be Jim Nicol, Executive Director of Governance and Strategy.
