Montreal-based, but with ties to Regina in the form of Jace Lasek (who co-founded the band with his wife Olga Goreas in 2003), the Besnard Lakes are touring in support of their latest CD Until in Excess, Imperceptible UFO which was released in April and was recently long-listed for the Polaris Prize.
In our June 27 issue Chris Morin has an interview with the band. And tonight the Besnard Lakes are playing a show at the Exchange.
