Based in Toronto, Justin Rutledge is an alt-country singer-songwriter. He got his start in the music business in 2003, after dropping out an English program at the University of Toronto. Since then, he’s released five albums (the most recent being Valleyheart which was released earlier this month) and has toured with the likes of Blue Rodeo, Kathleen Edwards and Luke Doucet.
