Bit of a blast from the past tonight when famed prairie rockers Streetheart, who are fronted by Kenny Shields, take the stage at Casino Regina (8 p.m., tickets $25, $30.) When this band was at their peak in the late 1970s they were reasonably big. I remember seeing them one time at what is now Conexus Arts Centre headlining a bill that also included the Vancouver band Teaze. I also recalling them playing a sold-out show at Northlands Coliseum in Edmonton in front of 16,000 or so.
