Yasmin Wooldridge
The last Prairie Dog had two write-ups on the movie Love Is All You Need, about an indefatigable cancer survivor (Trine Dyrholm) who meets a new love interest (Pierce Brosnan) at her daughter’s wedding. Or was it her son’s wedding? Jorge’s review said “daughter” while Shane’s movie listings said “son”. Hmm.
Fortunately, alert Wiener Yasmin Wooldridge caught the discrepancy, which is typo-eligible due to the fact that editor Nitwitworth also caught the error prior to publication but forgot to fix it.
Yasmin calls herself a “young, unrecognized poet” who’s working on a couple of books, including a horror story set in Saskatchewan. She’s also an occasional commenter on Prairie Dog’s world-famous Dog Blog (www.prairiedogmag.com, join the fun!). Yasmin will spend her $10 on Nova Scotia author Gloria Ann Wesley’s upcoming novel, If This Is Freedom (Out in October from Roseway Publishing).
Congratulations, Yasmin!
