A BOUGHEN TO PICK
I’m really tired of Conservative MP Ray Boughen sending me flyers telling me all the tax breaks and savings his government provides for “you and your family”. I am single. I have no one to share the rent/mortgage with, no one to share the power bill, water bill, etc with. Families who have more than one income earner, and who share the expenses of living, are not expected to pay the tax I do. WHAT IS WITH THAT!!! Tax credits for kids, child care (?), seniors, students… When do singles a break? /Anonymous
