The ultimate would be to see a performance of Verdi’s opera (which is set in ancient Egypt) at the Giza pyramids complete with a live elephant and other exotic African animals. Still, I imagine the New York Metropolitan Opera does it up pretty good too. And the broadcast is in HD.
