Earlier this week the Juno Awards advance team was in town to do some prep work for the awards which are set to be held in Regina and Moose Jaw April 15-21, 2013. One aspect of the event that we’re really looking forward to is JunoFest. It’s a two-day showcase of live performances by Juno nominated artists along with other national and local acts that will take place at various venues in the two cities April 19-20.
As host province, nearly half the acts showcased will apparently have Saskatchewan ties. Applications are now being accepted for those coveted slots. Submissions will be accepted until Jan. 11. There’s a $10 application fee, and you can submit your entry here.
