Saskatchewan Roughriders president Jim Hopson (pictured) ventures into the proverbial lions’ den when he appears as guest-speaker at a luncheon today hosted by the Regina & District Chamber of Commerce where he’ll doubtlessly be raked over the coals for the team’s inconsistent performance in the past two seasons and the controversial proposal to raze Mosaic Stadium and build a state-of-the-art $280 million football stadium at Evraz Place.

The luncheon is at Conexus Arts Centre, and registration is at 11:30 a.m. For more information call 757-4658.
