According to this TSN report, once the New York Islanders’ lease expires at the Nassau Coliseum at the end of the 2014-15 season they’ll moving from Uniondale on Long Island, where they’ve been based since they entered the NHL as one of two expansion franchises along with the Atlanta Flames in the 1972-73 season.
