Talkies goes once a month at Creative City Centre (1843 Hamilton). It’s hosted by local comic/improv artist Jayden Pfeifer, and involves the screening of a cheesy/putrid Hollywood flick with Jayden (and audience members) interjecting humorous comments and observations as the action (or lack thereof) unfolds.
Tonight’s film is the 1989 cinematic classic Teen Witch. Joining Jayden at the mic is local theatre artist Michael Scholar Jr. Doors are at 7:30 p.m., and admission is five bucks. To get your own creative juices flowing here’s the trailer to Teen Witch.
