The Regina Symphony Orchestra sent out a press release today inviting local musicians interested in filling opening slots at the RSO’s annual Symphony Under the Sky (which happens this year on Aug. 19 in Wascana Centre) to send in an application.
The deadline is July 6, then a panel of judges will select a short-list of nine contenders. Those musicians/bands will then participate in an on-line public poll on July 16-17, with the top three finishers awarded slots on the Aug. 19 bill.
