No pick of the day today. Instead, I want to give you a heads up about the 21st annual Cathedral Village Arts Festival which kicks off with the annual parade and picnic at Les Sherman Park on Monday (May 21) at 11:30 a.m.
The theme this year, as you can perhaps guess from the accompanying poster, is Rain or Shine. Over the last number of years it’s been much more the former than the latter. Hopefully this year the weather will cooperate for a change.
Regardless, there’s a broad assortment of outdoor and indoor cultural events happening again, topped off by the Street Fair on Saturday May 26.
