As their band name implies, Oh My Darling have a strong bluegrass/Appalachian/folk aspect to their music.

The group, which includes left-to-right Allison de Groot (banjo, vocals), Rosalyn Dennett (fiddle, vocals), Marie-Josee Dandeneau (upright bass, vocals) and Vanessa Kuzina (guitar, vocals), call Manitoba home. Saturday they’re in town to play a show at the Club that’s being presented by Grassroots Regina (8:30 p.m., tickets $12).

Here’s video from 2011 of the band performing the song “Roustabout” at the Voyageur Festival in Winnipeg.
