Sarah Farthing hails from Saskatoon. According to her CBC Radio 3 bio, she trained as classical flutist, but had to set that instrument aside when she injured a hand when she was 19. She’s since taught herself to play guitar, and tonight she’s playing a show at Artesian on 13th (8 p.m.)
Opening act is Sam Flynn. To close, here’s Farthing performing “Oh Why Did You?” off her debut EP Uh-Oh which was released last spring.
