After making several well-received short films, Canadian filmmaker Jeff Kopas presents his first feature length film. It screens tonight at 7 p.m. and tomorrow at 9 p.m. at the RPL Theatre. At tonight’s screening, Kopas will be in attendance. An Insignificant Harvey received its world premiere at the Busan Film Festival in South Korea in October, and concerns the struggle by a man born a dwarf to find acceptance in his home community. Here’s the trailer.

Also screening tonight at 9 p.m. and Sunday at 7 p.m. is the documentary Senna. It’s a documentary about the late Brazilian Formula One champion Ayrton Senna who died in a fiery crash in 1994. In addition to some exciting race footage, the film apparently offers some interesting insights into the role he played as a national hero when Brazil was emerging from authoritarian military rule in the 1980s. Here’s the trailer.
