UPDATE: James Brotheridge here. The show Greg is talking about already happened this past Sunday. My friendo C.J. didn’t seem to dig it, but there was a floor separating him from the music, so you know. Plus, I doubt Underoath is quite his style. If you’re still looking for some live music, Toronto rock ‘n’ rollers Darlings of Chelsea are playing over at the Distrikt.
Head-bangers have their choice of two shows tonight. At Riddell Centre, the American heavy metal band Underoath is playing a show with the Winnipeg hardcore band Comeback Kid. The former band is signed to Tooth & Nail in the States, and self-identifies as Christian. Doors are at 7 p.m., and tickets are $25.
At the Exchange, meanwhile, the Norwegian heavy metal band Enslaved is playing a show with Ghost and Alcest. Doors there are also at 7 p.m., and tix are $20.
To close, here’s Enslaved’s video for “The Watcher”.
