Hailing from Halifax, Kim Wempe (pictured) is an up and coming singer song-writer. Tonight she’s playing a show with Gabrielle Papillon and Erin Passmore (Rah Rah) at Creative City Centre (1843 Hamilton, doors at 8 p.m.)
