If you’re a fan of late night TV, you’re doubtlessly familiar with the circumstances that led to the production of this documentary. After years of faithful service to NBC, I think it was, Conan O’Brien took over the prime-time talk show slot from the guy with the big chin. But then the guy with the big chin decided to come back, or the network pushed him to come back because O’Brien’s more abrasive New York style of humour didn’t mesh with the Hollywood sensibilities of the more middle of the road audience that used to watch the guy with the big chin, or whatever.

Anyways, they had a big fight and O’Brien ended up moving to another network. When he was between jobs, though, he did a 32-city comedy and music tour to help pay the bills and keep his creative team together.  This film documents the tour. It screens tonight and Saturday at the RPL Theatre at 9 p.m., and Friday and Sunday at 7 p.m. Here’s the trailer.
