Visit it, and you’ll learn that the Regina Fire Department has been dispatched to the city dump (pictured at left) to contend with a fire that has broken out there. Preliminary investigation has ruled out arson as a possible cause. Gulls were seen in the area, however, and speculation is that some of them may have been playing with matches.
