Born in New Orleans, Mary Gauthier experienced more than her share of childhood trauma growing up in an adopted home after being given up by her mother at birth. She persevered, though, and went on to establish herself as an acclaimed folk singer. Tomorrow night at 8 p.m. she’ll be playing the Exchange. The concert is being presented by Grassroots Regina.
