With a program featuring compositions by Tchaikovsky, Koussevitzky and Borodin, you might wonder why this Masterworks concert by the Regina Symphony Orchestra is called Home Grown.
It’s because it also includes the world premiere of Regina composer Jonathan Ward’ new work Russian Overture. Oh, and the guest artist is the RSO’s principal double bass Stephen McLellan (pictured).
Home Grown is on tonight at Conexus Arts Centre at 8 p.m. For more info call 586-9555.
